Join Our Future Puppy Waiting List
Our waiting list is for serious homes who would like to be considered for a future Le Epitome Kennels puppy.
We breed coloured French Bulldogs and Pugs with a focus on health, temperament, structure, confidence, and suitability for companion homes. Because every litter is different, and because we match puppies carefully, our waiting list is not simply first-come, first-served.
We consider your preferred breed, sex, colour, coat type, timing, household, lifestyle, dog experience, location, and readiness before offering a puppy.
How Our Waiting List Works
First, you complete the waiting-list application below.
We review your application and may contact you if we need more information. If we believe your home may be a suitable fit for a future LEK puppy, we may invite you to join our paid waiting list.
Joining the waiting list does not reserve a specific puppy. It gives you a paid position on our waiting list and priority consideration for future puppy allocation.
If you later purchase an allocated puppy from LEK, we discount the puppy purchase price by the amount of the Waiting List Fee paid.
Important Things to Understand Before Applying

Our waiting list is not a guarantee of a puppy. Puppy availability depends on breeding outcomes, litter size, sex, colour, coat type, puppy health, temperament, and our breeding programme needs.
Preferences are considered, but they are not guaranteed.
LEK may retain any puppy from any litter for our own breeding programme, development, assessment, welfare, operational, or commercial reasons. This includes puppies that may match a colour, coat type, sex, or breed preference requested by someone on the waiting list.
Estimated waiting times may commonly be between 1 and 3 years, depending on what you are looking for and what our litters produce.
LEK puppies sold through this waiting list are companion pets only unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Our future Sale and Purchase Agreement contains breeding restrictions, so this waiting list is for people seeking a pet puppy, not a dog for breeding or commercial use.
All important waiting-list communication is by email. If we offer you a puppy by email, you will usually have 14 calendar days to respond. If you do not respond within that time, you may miss that puppy, but you are not automatically removed from the waiting list. If we receive no response from you for 3 months after one or more emails, we may remove you from the waiting list.
Waiting List Fee
If your application is accepted, a Waiting List Fee of NZD $500 applies before you are placed on our paid waiting list.
This fee purchases your paid position on the LEK waiting list and priority consideration for a future puppy. It is not a deposit for a specific puppy and does not reserve any particular puppy.
If you later purchase an allocated puppy from LEK, we discount the puppy purchase price by the amount of the Waiting List Fee paid.
If you cancel, withdraw, buy elsewhere, are not ready when a suitable puppy is offered, fail to respond as required, decline a suitable puppy, or otherwise choose not to proceed for reasons not caused by LEK, we may retain the Waiting List Fee.
LEK may, at our discretion, refund all or part of the fee or roll your position over to a later litter. Nothing in our waiting-list process limits any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.
